Customer training

We are raising the bar of professionalism.

Ficep does not simply supply machines to its clients, but rather a complete process, which training is an integral part of, and which is essential for guaranteeing the best productive performance of the machines for the clients themselves.

The training activities are held at the Ficep Academy in Gazzada, this is a fully equipped area of over 3,000 sq. metres, with perfectly functioning equipment of all sizes, installed exclusively for training and demonstration purposes. Here our job is to transfer our library of know-how to each customer operator, to enable them to fully exploit the potential of each machine, with a complete grasp of all the functions, commands and software.

Within the Ficep Academy, theoretical education and practical training become one. Indeed, our technicians have the possibility of training on the same machines which they will be called on to use in their every day work for the company, this should give them experience in the field which enables them to have greater effect and be productive, immediately.

As well as training on the machines, the technicians receive further specific preparation on all information and management process; this enables them to carry out tasks more productively.

The courses are normally held within classrooms which are equipped with the most highly-advanced teaching equipment. Ficep supplies all the material needed for the training and offers the client logistic support for the training visit including transport for the participants.
