The start-up phase is the most delicate moment for each client. Operating in close-contact with the company, Ficep technicians not only check that the installed machines are working properly, they also check on-site that new software is correctly interfacing and fully compatible with the Client's information system. Ficep technicians collaborate with the commercial office to define the installation programme. In this phase, assessments and meetings with the client are carried out prior to installation, to define an adequate plan which takes into consideration safety, foundation and delivery logistics information. |

Before and after installation, it is possible to provide personalised education and training courses at the client's site, but to obtain the best preparation for the operators, and therefore an important reduction in the learning curve, Ficep has put its Ficep Academy of Technology or use of its technical centres at overseas subsidiaries at the disposal of its clients. |
