Keeping a very high level of service is a must for all Ficep after sale service personnel. Ultimate service management techniques and software tools have been introduced in Ficep since several years that are an ensuring continuous improvement to keep the highest level of service in the market today.

It is possible to order spare parts or tools at any time by communicating the part code to the Spare Parts Service (+39.0332.876111), which can supply an immediate estimate and promptly check the availability of the piece or the lead time needed to produce it, if necessary.

If we do not receive a code, our operators are able to find the code if they are supplied with a description, design or technical drawing. Furthermore, using specific software, they can aid the work of researching and substituting the part on the machine itself.

The Ficep warehouse, which is completely automated, sends all spare parts that are available by courier on a daily basis, to minimise delivery times. All our subsidiaries are also equipped with the latest spare parts management tools and storage system to satisfy local demand. Original Ficep spare parts enjoy the same reliability as our products and are guaranteed for a year after purchase date. Ficep guarantees the support and availability of a spare part on all running CNC machines, for a minimum of 10 years and in certain cases over 20 years.

During long commissioning cycles, where new factories in remote areas are carried out, Ficep assists their personnel and customers with the most up-to-date movable maintenance portakabin to ensure support and availability of tools necessary to accomplish systems installation in the most professional way.
